Awesome Pizza oven! Support is top notch. I had a bit of a mishap and ended up breaking a gas line, so I reached out for help. The crew got back to me quickly and sent out the replacement parts so I could get back to cooking. Big thanks to the Carbon team!

Got it quick, though the box was a bit banged up, but the packing was solid—no damage at all. Heats up pretty quick. Loses about 75-125 degrees between pizzas, depending on how long it's empty. Offers more control than Ooni since there's less burning on high.

The oven's quality and how it works are fantastic! I used to have one of the original Ooni ovens, and let me tell ya, this is a totally different vibe! I'm still playing around with the heat levels and where to place things, but the pizzas are already coming out really well.

Earlier this year, I bought an oven from Carbon, but I recently had a little mishap and messed up a part of it. I contacted Carbon for assistance with getting a replacement. After exchanging a few emails, we sorted out what I required, and they sent me the replacement. Their customer service is fantastic!

The sleek design of the Carbon really caught my eye, along with the heat from the top and bottom. However, the lack of a front door means you gotta have perfect weather to use it. We’ve got the oven set up on a covered deck at the Jersey Shore, and I keep it covered. It’s only a few months old, but I’m already seeing bubbling and chipping on the table. Cleaning it out with the brush is a bit of a hassle too. On windy or chilly days, it struggles to cook the pizza just right for that perfect crunch. We tried it out over the Fourth of July weekend, and it was a nice 80-degree night with no wind, so it performed better then. But honestly, if it had a door with a window, I reckon we’d get even better results.

This oven does a fantastic job at baking. I really appreciate the dual heat source and how steady the temperature stays. However, after my initial bake, the igniters stopped functioning. Luckily, I can still light them by hand.

I'm really enjoying the flame that's positioned under the stone. It means I don't have to wait around for 5 minutes between pizzas. I even took it camping and whipped up 12 pizzas in under 45 minutes.

I absolutely adore my Carbon Pizza Oven! I'm getting ready to whip up my second round of pizzas today! Still working on my launch technique (gotta practice), but this oven is just what I hoped for. We’re really happy with our new carbon oven. Controlling the temperature is a breeze, and our pizzas have come out fantastic! We’ve also roasted veggies and cooked steak in it.

When we placed our order, the shipping appeared quick, but there was a mix-up, and they sent the wrong item. We reached out to Carbon, and they were super quick to reply, getting us the correct oven by the next day.

We’re super pleased with this oven! The separate heat control for the floor is a game changer, and I love how simple it is to remove the firebrick for cleaning. Our home is filled with happy pizza lovers now.

I’m working with a 65% hydration biga dough, mixing 50% '00' flour with 50% all-purpose. It stretches easily and bakes up just right with low heat on the oven floor.

Finally having a really hot pizza oven is fantastic! I can whip up a bunch of pizzas without turning the kitchen into a sauna. Thanks a ton!

Cooking alongside my buddy’s Ooni pizza oven, I whip up my pizzas way quicker thanks to the double burners keeping the stone nice and toasty. More pizza means a happy me!

It took three long months to get my order. Customer service responds quickly, but their answers are pretty unclear. We’re big pizza lovers, but our first attempt was a total disaster! The bottom was raw while the top was burnt to a crisp. My husband had to dismantle the oven to discover a piece of packing foam stuck in the lower gas line. After fixing that, it still won’t cook the bottom properly. I reached out about this issue and got a ridiculous response: "turn the bottom to high and top to low." Seriously, we already tried that!!! After three more attempts, the results were still the same. It feels like this company is not interested in addressing concerns once the product is shipped, and they definitely don’t want to refund these poorly made pizza ovens!

Putting the stand together was a breeze. I cranked the oven up to high for half an hour before making our first Neapolitan pizza. The crust got charred pretty fast, but we definitely need more practice. It’s all about getting the top burner control just right. I really wish there was a way to check the real temperature outside.

At first, we were a bit hesitant about how frequently we’d actually use the oven, but after getting the hang of it, we discovered it’s incredibly versatile and just as simple as your regular grill! I’m really looking forward to the warmer weather so I can use it every evening! The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding, and it looks quite stylish in our backyard. Fantastic oven!
